Ajvar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ajvar or ayvar (pronounced [Ëajvar]) is a relish made principally from red bell peppers, with eggplant, garlic and chili pepper. It is predominantly popular in the Balkans, chiefly in Croatia, Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia.
